Strategic Plan #2    Health and Wellbeing Management


  The implementation of Strategic Plan #2: Health and Well-being Management System centers on setting and promoting policies aimed at wellness management that facilitates work of national and international standards and also more holistic wellbeing to cover physical, emotional and social aspects. This is supported by three objectives:

  1. Having a wellness management system.
  2. Developing wellness management mechanisms that facilitate support for operation personnel from every sector.
  3. Promoting greater physical, emotional, and social wellness for operation personnel.


Strategies

  1. Set policies and implementation guidelines for wellness that conform to legal requirements and global standards.
  2. Create mechanisms that drive wellness management forward.
  3. Encourage and supervise units to carry out work in accordance with the wellness-related laws and international standards.
  4. Promote the involvement of staff, students, and stakeholders from all sectors in occupational safety, health, and work environment management.
