Strategic Plan #1 Safety Management


Operations that follow Strategic Plan #1: Safety Management focus on setting and promoting policies to make the occupational safety, health, and workplace environment management one of national and international standards. This is also to ensure interconnected operations at every level. The three objectives behind this are as follows:

  1. Establishing an occupational safety, health, and workplace environment management system matching global standards.
  2. Developing efficient and effective mechanisms for occupational safety, health, and workplace environment management.
  3. Achieving superior occupational safety, health, and workplace environment operational results, comparable to those of global standards.


Strategies

  1. Set policies and practice guidelines for occupational safety, health, and workplace environment that align with related laws and international standards.
  2. Create mechanisms that drive the occupational safety, health, and workplace environment management system forward, as well as promote and ensure that all units operate within the legal framework and international standards related to occupational safety, health, and workplace environment.
  3. Promote the involvement of staff, students, and stakeholders from every sector in occupational safety, health, and workplace environment management.
