Strategic Plan #3 Resource Excellence
Strategic Plan #3: Resource Excellence involves cultivating a safety-oriented culture by integrating and incorporating safety, occupational health, and workplace environment concerns into every step that work involves. In so doing, importance is given to human resource development, both in terms of knowledge and potential at every employee level to prepare staff to be ready to work in accordance with national and international safety, occupational health, and workplace environment standards. The three core objectives regarding this are as follows:
- Developing all resources to be able to carry out work that meets global standards.
- Excelling at efficiently and effectively allocating resource capital in all respects.
- Ensuring that all resources possess the quality required for the center’s expansion and to build a safety, occupational health, and workplace environment network with complete coverage, domestically and internationally.
Strategies
- Build and develop the network’s potential and coordinate cooperation for safety, occupational health, and work environment to covering both domestic and international concerns.
- Build and develop the potential of employees to create knowledge and expertise in information technology pertaining to safety, occupational health, and work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate strategic project plans for safety, occupational health, and workplace environment.
- Build, develop, integrate, and connect an IT database for safety, occupational health, and workplace environment in terms of service knowledge and public relations.
- Improve and develop the management system and establish an executive committee and a management committee for safety, occupational health, and workplace environment.
- Build a network of safety, occupational health, and workplace environment experts.
- Develop communication channels to support domestic and international learning and exchanging of knowledge regarding safety operations.
